ARCE welcomes booksellers and exhibitors to participate in the 68th Annual Meeting at the Intercontinental at the Plaza Hotel, Kansas City, Missouri, April 21-23, 2017.
The ARCE Annual Meeting provides a forum for scholars, expedition leaders, and students of Egyptian history and culture to present their research or discuss the latest developments of their projects. Attendees include archaeologists, historians, philologists, and museum professionals, among others, who represent universities, museums, and organizations promoting scholarly research, conservation, and education.
Registration for exhibitors is $400 for 1-2 tables, and $600 for 3 or more tables. Exhibitor registration includes up to two staff per vendor. Information Sheet >>

Support ARCE and promote your business by placing an ad in the Annual Meeting Abstract Booklet. Half-page and full-page ads are available.
Underwriting covers ARCE’s costs; sponsorships are contributions to help defray ARCE’s costs. Booksellers who underwrite or contribute to a sponsorship will be listed in the Annual Meeting Abstract Booklet; acknowledged on the ARCE website; acknowledged on signage at event; and acknowledged at the Friday General Members’ Meeting.
Shipments should be sent to the hotel no earlier than Monday, April 17, 2017 (3 days prior to the bookseller set-up date of Thursday, April 20). Hotel charges will be billed to each exhibitor. Shipping Information >>
