ARCE?s Luxor Office Moves to the West Bank
Exterio Of OfficeIn November 2011 ARCE's Luxor office moved to the west bank of the Nile in support of a new initiative funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Capitalizing on the success of our ongoing operations in Karnak’s Khonsu Temple and Luxor Temple, ARCE is in the early stages of a new project that aims to employ large numbers of local Egyptians who have been hard-hit by Egypt's recent economic downturn.

ARCE will continue both its work in Khonsu and Luxor Temples and its commitment to training conservators. At the same time, we hope soon to begin cultural heritage management projects in several new areas.
